These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Schedalize platform operated by Schedalize Inc. ("Schedalize", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Schedalize provides appointment scheduling and client management software for service-based businesses. Our platform includes web and mobile applications that enable businesses to manage bookings, clients, and related operations.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform (business information, client data, appointment details). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it complies with applicable laws.
The Schedalize platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Schedalize Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without our written permission.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schedalize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
