Book with your AI assistant

Connect Schedalize to an assistant like Meta Muse, then just ask. It finds a time with your studio and sends the request for you.

What your assistant can do

  • Find your studio, by name or by its Schedalize link
  • See its services, prices, hours and open times
  • Ask for an appointment, with up to three times that suit you
  • Show your upcoming appointments and requests
  • Take a new time your studio suggests
  • Ask to move or cancel an appointment

Your studio still confirms every appointment, and you get the same texts, emails and app notifications as always.

  • “My studio suggested a new time. Take the 2 pm one.”

How to connect

  1. In your assistant, connect Schedalize. In Muse: Settings → Connectors → Schedalize.
  2. Enter your email or mobile number. We send you a 6-digit code. No password needed.
  3. New to Schedalize? Add your name, and your account is ready.
  4. Check what the assistant will be able to do, then tap Allow.

To turn it off, disconnect Schedalize in your assistant's settings. Your account and your bookings stay as they are.

What it can't do

The assistant only sees your own studios and appointments. It can't see other clients, change a studio's settings, or pay for anything. Requests it sends are marked in your studio's conversation as coming from your AI assistant.

For assistant platforms

Schedalize is a remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP, stateless, JSON responses) at https://api.schedalize.app/mcp.

Authorization is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256 only) and dynamic client registration (RFC 7591). Discovery: https://api.schedalize.app/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server and https://api.schedalize.app/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp; an unauthenticated call answers 401 with the resource metadata in WWW-Authenticate. Scope: client. Access tokens last one hour; refresh tokens rotate, and a reused one ends the connection. Revocation: RFC 7009.

People sign in on schedalize.app with an email or mobile number and a one-time code. Write tools are marked readOnlyHint: false; cancel and move are marked destructiveHint: true. All times are the studio's local time and every answer names its timezone.

list_my_studios

Studios the person is a client of, with their usual service at each.

find_studio

Find a studio by name (their studios and listed studios) or by link.

get_studio

Services with prices and length, business hours, timezone, booking rules.

find_open_times

Open times for a service, up to 14 days ahead, in the studio's local time.

request_booking

Ask for an appointment with 1 to 3 times. The studio confirms.

my_bookings

Upcoming appointments and open requests, including times a studio suggested.

answer_studio_suggestion

Accept a time the studio suggested, or offer other times.

cancel_booking

Cancel a request, or ask the studio to cancel a confirmed appointment.

move_booking

Ask for new times for a request or a confirmed appointment.
