1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account information (name, email address, phone number)
• Business information (business name, industry, address)
• Appointment and scheduling data
• Communications you send to us (contact forms, support requests)

Information collected automatically:

• Device information (device type, operating system)
• Usage data (features used, pages visited)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
• Install source (mobile apps): whether you installed the app from one of our ads in the App Store or on Google Play, which ad campaign it was, and the reference Google attaches to an ad click. Apple and Google provide this; it does not include your device's advertising ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our scheduling platform
• Process appointments and send related notifications
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Send service-related communications (e.g., appointment reminders)
• Analyze usage to improve our services
• Measure how well our own advertising works (for example, how many installs from an ad go on to set up a business)
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting and databases, email and text message delivery, push notifications, payment processing, and AI processing when a business imports its calendar or client list)
• Business partners you interact with through the platform (e.g., the service provider you book an appointment with)
• AI assistants you connect yourself (for example Meta Muse), as described in section 4
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights

Schedalize Inc. is based in Canada. Your information is stored and processed in the United States by the service providers above.

4. AI Assistants You Connect

You can connect an AI assistant (for example Meta Muse) to your Schedalize account and let it book for you. Nothing is shared until you sign in and tap Allow. Once you allow it, the assistant can see your studios, their services, hours and open times, and your own appointments and requests with them, and it can ask for, move or cancel appointments for you. Your studio still confirms every appointment, and sees that a request came from your AI assistant.

The assistant gets only what these tasks need. It can't see other clients, a studio's settings, or payment information. What the assistant receives from us is then handled under its provider's own privacy policy. You can disconnect it at any time in the assistant's settings. We keep a record of which assistants you connected and when.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Profile → Delete account), which removes or anonymizes your personal data immediately; deletion requests made by email are completed within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep are retained for the period required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data — see Delete Your Account
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• Export your data in a portable format

We use essential cookies to operate our platform and optional analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
